The meditation is to habituate or to familiarize to meditative perceiver. The method of meditation is how to transform your mind or how to purifying your mind by method of meditation. Generally, there are three methods to practice or accumulate your mind by point of viewing, meditating, and acting.
Theoretically, religions believe or not, all of us pursuing the peaceful mind and remove the suffering. Because we concern that the happiness is our mental happiness. Our mental happiness is pursuing by meditation.

There are many different kinds of meditations to habituate or to familiarize to meditative perceiver. However, generally speaking, there are two types of meditations which are stabilizing meditation and analytic mediation.

3) Focusing on Emptiness,
4) Focusing on Self-Voidness.
